This is the cold-start problem: a board has no listings until employers arrive, and employers do not arrive until there are candidates. These 14,289 roles exist already, on the employers' own boards, and they can be filtered to your vertical and polled for what is new.
Every role links back to the employer's own posting. Posted date is present on 75% of rows across the index and country on 79%; where a platform publishes neither we leave the field null rather than guess it.
